What happens next

Save a draft any time — only you can see it.
Submit it: every publish waits for approval before buyers see it. You can’t edit it while it waits.
Once live, buyers can save it, chat and make offers.
A live listing can’t be edited. Unpublish it first — that takes it out of search and cancels its offers — then publish again.
